Architectural Review Committee

The ARC serves to process requests for exterior changes to homes in Saddlebrook Estates. Major landscaping changes, exterior paint, exterior construction such as gazebos or decks are some examples. Full architectural review standards can be found here in addition to our updated CCRs

A homeowner wishing to make an update to their home should complete a request form and submit it using the instructions on the form.

How to Submit an Architectural Request on the SBB portal

Navigate to Requests on the left navigation bar

Select ARC Request. Complete the SBB ARC form, following the instructions on the form for submission.Complete the remainder of the information on the page and Submit.
