Construction impact along homes 1210-1220 Clark Springs Drive  

We have been in touch with the developer, Trinity Partners, who is constructing the commercial buildings behind your property and want to provide you with an update.

They have informed us that they will be replacing the fencing that separates the homes along 1210 through 1220 Clark Springs Drive, Saddlebrook Estates and the new development in accordance with Keller City Ordinance. The new fence will be quite similar to the existing fence and will be 8-ft tall in accordance to the city ordinance. They anticipate starting this work around the 2nd week of May and expect to do one property per 1 or 1.5 days until complete (weather permitting).
For those specifically impacted along 1210-1220 Clark Springs Drive: They have offered to meet with only those home owners who will be directly affected with this construction in the next week or so. If you are interested in that visit, please reach out via mail at: saddlebrookestateskeller@gmail.com and I will help to arrange it. You may also contact me for any questions you may have about the project. While they don’t expect to access your property, they will be removing the existing fence. Keep pets inside during that work. We will also be posting this message on your doors.
